Three Things You Should Never Put in Your Pocket
1. Your Wallet
Many people automatically place their wallet in a back pocket because it seems convenient and easy to access. However, this habit can create many issues. When you sit on a thick wallet for extended periods, you may experience the cause of discomfort and place uneven pressure on your hips and lower back. Over time, this can lead to poor posture and even back pain for some individuals.
When you place your wallet in your jeans back pocket, it can also make you a target for pickpockets. Since it is often partially visible or easy to access, criminals may be able to remove it without you noticing, especially if you are in crowded areas. Losing a wallet can also be a major inconvenience because it often holds identification cards, payment cards, and cash.
Apart from this, repeatedly sitting on a wallet can damage the cards inside, causing them to bend, crack, or wear out prematurely. Instead of containing a bulky wallet in your jeans pocket, consider keeping only the essentials or using a more secure bag or front-pocket wallet.
